After founding my own successful and nationally recognized interactive communications consultancy, providing interactive strategy creative direction to some of world's most well-known brands and introducing a new level of creative energy into the world of online advocacy and public policy, I'm looking for a new challenge. I'm a hands-on creative who is as comfortable in the boardroom as I am in the design studio – and I relish the opportunity to perform in both venues. Ultimately, my job isn’t simply to produce great user experiences but to apply user-centric design thinking to solve business problems – and to inspire others to do the same.

Grassroots Enterprise, Executive Creative Director Washington, DC (May 2009 – September 2009)
- Created the company's comprehensive creative and user experience services model;
- Transitioned business model and corporate culture from techno- to user-centric;
- Redefined and streamlined the client engagement and project processes;
- Developed integrated online engagement campaign for the Canadian government utilizing a broad social media footprint which saw core year-over-year metrics increase by 50%

no|inc, Founding Partner and Creative Director Baltimore, MD (April 2000 – May 2009)
- Co-founded a nationally recognized leader in interactive communications and product development and contributed to revenue growth of 700% over a nine year timeframe;
- Cultivated exclusive interactive partnership with Berlin Cameron Partners (2003 Adweek and Adage National Agency of the Year) where he served as director of interactive services;
- Led interactive strategy and digital creative direction for lead creative agency on Coke, Samsung, and Silk including speculative assignments for IKEA, Earthlink, and ING Direct;
- Developed enterprise user experience and visual design standards for Advertising.com, BD Metrics, Boston Properties, TidalTV;
- Co-created several revenue generating interactive products, including an interactive touchscreen real estate portfolio explorer (2007 ICSC Gold MAXI award winner for revenue impact) and a decentralized content management platform;

- Freelance print and interactive design.
- Led multidisciplinary development effort of an electronic medical records system for the Joslin Diabetes Center and the Division of Pediatric Endocrinology at the University of Maryland School of Medicine.
- In 1995, the number one search result for “Dave Matthews Band” on AOL was my web property.
